Anderson Galvão
Fundador e Diretor da Céleres®
Engenheiro agrônomo com mais de 25 anos de experiência em análise do ambiente competitivo do agronegócio brasileiro, tendo atuado em análises de planejamento estratégico e projetos de investimentos em diversas cadeias produtivas do setor agrícola nacional.
Atuação nos temas de: Ambiente competitivo das cadeias de valor do agronegócio brasileiro; Ambiente competitivo da indústria de insumos agrícolas no Brasil, cobrindo fertilizantes, defensivos e sementes; Biotecnologia agrícola; Desafios estruturais ao crescimento do agronegócio brasileiro e global; Análise estratégica de investimentos agroindustriais.
Hobbies: Airplane pilot and adventure sports enthusiast.
Enilson Nogueira
Economic Studies Consultant
Master in Applied Economics from ESALQ-USP, focusing on the line of research in agroindustrial systems.
Responsible for sectoral studies in the area of grains and related chains, focusing on the themes of feasibility and competitiveness of agro-industrial systems, agricultural profitability, bulk logistics and strategies for distribution of inputs.
Hobbies: Enthusiast in the kitchen and frustrated basketball player.
Erickson Oliveira
Agronomic Studies Consultant
Agronomist graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia, postgraduate in Agribusiness Management and Master's in Controllership, from the same institution.
Previously, he worked in the area of research and development of products for multinationals in the agrochemical and fertilizer segment.
At Céleres, he conducts projects aimed at analyzing market access strategies for companies in the field of inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, bioinputs and seeds).
Hobbies: Former soccer player, career cut short by knee problems, Gastronomy and Travel.
Vinícius Paiva
Merger & Acquisition Consultant
Economist graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), MBA in Agribusiness Management from (UFU) and certified in Valuation from Saint Paul.
He has been working at Céleres since 2013 and is currently Coordinator of the M&A and investments area at Céleres®. Responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions projects, coordinating transactions (sell-side and buy-side) in the different links of the agribusiness chain.
Hobbies: Passionate about sports, he has performed marathons and ultramarathons
Cárita Faria
Marketing Coordinator
Graduated in Business Administration from ESAMC and post-graduated in Strategic Marketing from the Federal University of Uberlândia.
Worked in Strategic Planning and Marketing in national and multinational companies, mainly in the consumer goods sector.
Currently responsible for strategic planning and marketing at Céleres and the Getap Project.
Hobbies: Swimming, reading, traveling, and anything else that introduces me to new places, people, and their stories.
Danielly Pastori
Administrative Coordinator
Graduated in Business Administration, with over 20 years of experience in the administrative and financial areas of the private sector, currently focusing on Brazilian agribusiness. She works as a financial analyst, developing and improving corporate processes, always seeking solutions that drive organizational success.
At Céleres, she is responsible for the administrative, financial, legal, and human resources areas, contributing to integrated and strategic management.
Hobbies: traveling, barbecues, and spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends—in addition to staying physically active, even if out of obligation.
Gustavo Salomão
Data Systems Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in Information Management from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), Technologist in Public Management from Anhanguera College, and postgraduate degree in Cloud Computing.
He serves as Information Technology leader at Céleres, responsible for network architecture, information security, access management, and IT process standardization. He leads digital asset management projects, automation solution implementation, and operational improvements.
Hobbies: Soccer, functional training, travel, and reading about technology.
Mariana Ibrahim
Commercial Assistant
Biologist graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), with an MBA in Marketing from Esamc and in Expertise, Auditing, and Environmental Management from IOPG.
She has been part of the Céleres team since 2011, at the time coordinating and working on regularization and socio-environmental due diligence projects and projects related to biotechnology applied to agriculture.
Currently, she works as executive and commercial assistant to Anderson Galvão, focusing on market presentations and multi-client studies.
Hobbies: Ashtanga Yoga, weight training, and spending quality time and relaxing with my family and friends.
Gabriel Machado
Economic Analyst
Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). Works in agribusiness economic analysis, focusing on supply and demand projections, commodity pricing, and macroeconomic analysis.
At the same time, develops data scraping and process automation models.
Hobbies: Jiu-jitsu, games, reading, studying, and programming.
Maria Luisa Franzotti
Economic Analyst
Internationalist from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). Works in research, market analysis, and daily monitoring of data from the agricultural sector and related markets.
Involved in studies on the economic and international situation of agribusiness, agricultural geopolitics, grain and fertilizer logistics in Brazil, among other factors.
Hobbies: Playing video games and spending time with my family and friends.
Matheus Campos
Agronomic Analyst
Agribusiness analyst at Céleres®. Agricultural engineer from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU).
He works in precision agriculture research, developing studies on vegetation indices and innovations in the agricultural sector. He is responsible for mapping in QGIS and for analyzing georeferenced, climatic, and agricultural data. He has experience in competitive research and analysis in the input distribution and seed industry segments. He also develops positioning and market access strategies and conducts weekly monitoring of crops nationwide.
Hobbies: Frustrated cook, lover of board games, technology, and horror movies.
Aline Franqueiro
Agronomic Analyst
Agronomist graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU).
Works in the area of research and competitive analysis in the inputs and seeds segments, developing projects and studies at the national and international levels that support companies in the sector in their market strategies.
In constant contact with different links in the production chain, to understand the dynamics of the sector and contribute with information that supports decision-making.
Hobbies: Singing, traveling, and reading.
Dayane do Vale
Economic Analyst
Economist from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), Business Administration from UNOPAR University, Postgraduate Degree in Financial Markets and Banking, and Certified in Leadership and Innovation in Project Management from the University Institute of Lisbon-ISCTE (Portugal).
Work on mergers and acquisitions projects (buy side and sell side), such as commercial and operational due diligence and financial analysis, in addition to supporting ad hoc projects in strategic planning and economic studies in agribusiness.
Hobbies: Enthusiastic about painting, enjoy being in contact with nature, spending time with my family, and watching good movies.
João Paulo Alves
Economic Analyst
Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Uberlândia.
Works in the investment area, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, where he provides advisory and due diligence services to both buyers and sellers. Additionally, he is responsible for financial modeling for companies in various links of the agribusiness chain.
Hobbies: Reading, movies, and sports.
Anderson Galvão
CEO
Engenheiro Agrônomo formado pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia e pós-graduado em Administração de Empresas (CEAG), na Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Anteriormente, implementou e coordenou o departamento de agricultura na FNP Consultoria & Comércio de São Paulo, onde desenvolveu e coordenou diversos estudos e projetos relacionados à agricultura brasileira. Atuou na área de administração de riscos através do uso dos mercados futuros na BM&F e Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). Membro do board do ISAAA (International Service for Acquisition of Agribiotech Aplication). Consultor associado da GV Consult da Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo (FGV/EASP).

Enilson Nogueira
Consultor de Mercado
Mestre em economia pela ESALQ-USP, com linhas de pesquisa em sistemas agroindustriais.
Responsável por estudos setoriais na área de grãos e cadeias relacionadas, com foco nos temas de rentabilidade agrícola, logística de graneis e estratégias para distribuição de insumos.
Hobbies: Cozinheiro nas horas vagas e jogador de basquete frustrado.
Eduarda Ferreira
Analista de Mercado
Analista de agronegócios na Céleres®. Economista pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia [UFU]. Atua na área de pesquisa, análise de mercado e acompanhamento diário de dados do setor agrícola e mercados relacionados.
Envolvida em estudos de projeção de oferta e demanda do mercado de grãos e cadeias produtivas decorrentes, rentabilidade setorial , conjuntura econômica do agronegócio, dentro outros.

Vinícius Paiva
Consultor de Fusões & Aquisições
Economist graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), MBA in Agribusiness Management from (UFU) and certified in Valuation from Saint Paul.
Atua na Céleres® desde 2013, sendo responsável pelos projetos de Fusões e Aquisições, coordenando transação nos diferentes elos da cadeia do agronegócio.
Hobbies: Apaixonado por esporte, já realizou maratonas e ultramaratona.

Engenheiro Agrônomo formado pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia e pós-graduado em Gestão do Agronegócio, pela mesma instituição.
Anteriormente, trabalhou na área de pesquisa e desenvolvimento de produtos para multinacionais do segmento agroquímico.
Na Céleres®, conduz projetos voltados para análise de estratégias de acesso a mercado para empresas do ramo de insumos (fertilizantes, defensivos, bioinsumos e sementes).
Hobbies: Esportes em geral e assistir o cruzeirão jogar.
Gustavo Capanema
Analista de Agronegócio
Engenheiro Agrônomo formado pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
Iniciou sua caminhada profissional como estagiário na Céleres®, onde adquiriu grande parte de seu conhecimento sobre o mercado agrícola.
Durante a faculdade participou de projetos a campo em experimentos conjunto com aluna de mestrado e acompanhou plantio, tratos culturais e colheita de milho e soja em variadas safras.
Hobbies: Passar tempo de qualidade com família e amigos.
Micheli Costa
Analista de Agronegócios e Geoprocessamento
Geógrafa e mestre em Planejamento e Gestão Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Compõe a equipe Céleres® desde 2012, atuando em projetos de regularização e due diligence socioambiental, logística agroindustrial e análises geoespaciais das cadeias produtivas do agronegócio, com ênfase em grãos e oleaginosas.

Engenheira Agrônoma formada pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
Trabalha com análise competitiva no mercado dos segmentos de distribuição de insumos e indústria de sementes, focado em estratégias de posicionamento e acesso à mercado.

Especialista em Planejamento Estratégico e Marketing
Formada em administração de empresas pela ESAMC e pós-graduada em Marketing Estratégico pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
Trabalhou nas áreas de Planejamento Estratégico e Marketing em empresas nacionais e multinacionais, principalmente no setor de bens de consumo.
